This 4 week fusion of Yoga flow and Aromatherapy is the ultimate in self love. Each session, I make bespoke organic, vegan, cruelty free products for you to apply to the body. Teaching you small self massage techniques and a understanding of each essential oil. The yoga work is a vinyasa flow sequence for all abilities. There are all the props and equipment you will ever need so don't have to go out and buy, you just turn up! Do you need to give back to you?
