Sound Healing Workshop

Service Description

This sound healing session is designed to help rebalance you chakra and tune into the beautiful tones of the crystal singing bowls. We work as a group for half the session discovering the power of OM and getting to reflect on its effects with other like minded humans. The second half of the practice is a meditation allowing the body to transcend listening to the crystal singing bowls. The human body responds positively to the the 432hz as we are 60% water after all!
